Buffalo Chicken with Zoodles

Serves 4 


4 chicken breasts or 2lbs
4 – 5 Zucchini
1/2 Cup of Frank’s RedHot Original, divided in half
4 Tablespoons Blue Cheese, equally divided


Wash and dry zucchini and then prepare zucchini in a spiralizer (or the old fashion way with a potato peeler.) Set aside.

Prepare chicken and pound it till about ½” thick. (I season my chicken with a sprinkle of Hymalian Salt and fresh cracked black pepper) 
Evenly coat chicken with ¼ Cup of Frank’s RedHot Original sauce. 
Bake or grill pounded Chicken breast until completely cooked.
When chicken is done, Set aside and let cool for 5 minutes.

While chicken is cooling, add zoodles to a lightly oiled pan, over medium heat, toss and cook zucchini for about 2-3 minutes depending on desired softness.
When Zoodles are done, divide evenly amongst 4 plates.  
Cut chicken into cubes and then add to cooked zoodles and drizzle with remaining ¼ Cup of Frank’s RedHot Original or to desired taste.

Add 1 Tb. of Blue Cheese to each plate and serve and enjoy!
