Peanut Butter Frosting
Yield: 12 servings, 1 cupcake each
8 oz Fage Plain Whole Greek Yogurt
3 Tablespoons All-natural Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Whole Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
1/8 Teaspoon of Stevia
1 Tablespoon of Coconut Flour
¾ Scoop of Café Late Shakeology
2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
Add yogurt and peanut butter to a medium bowl. Beat on medium speed for 1 minute until smooth and fluffy.
Add cream cheese, maple syrup and stevia. Beat for 2 minutes until combined and creamy.
Add coconut flour, Café Late Shakeologyv and Vanilla extract and beat until smooth. If a thicker frosting is desired add more coconut flour.
Divide evenly amongst 12 cupcakes
