Rebekah Brigham, Owner and Founder of Fitness and Lifestyle Solutions. Rebekah is a Certified Personal Trainer through National Exercise Trainers Association (NETA). She has been in the fitness industry since 2002. Prior to this Rebekah's professional background was in the business and medical fields, however her passion and enthusiasm for health and fitness motivated her to direct her career goals in a way that would help people achieve their goals in leading a healthier lifestyle.
When Rebekah was considering becoming a Personal Trainer, she felt the best way to understand what her client's would be experiencing, and to be able to put the "personal" in Personal Training, was to become a client herself, so before completing her training she hired a personal trainer at a local fitness center. This trainer not only gave her the best experience as a client, but became her mentor and his decades of knowledge and experience gave Rebekah the essential foundation on which to develop herself into the fitness expert that she is today.
Rebekah has a passion for fitness and learning that motivates her to continually seek education that will advance her knowledge and techniques as a trainer. Along with her Personal Trainer Certification, Rebekah is also First Aide, CPR and AED certified through the American Red Cross and has been a Pilates Instructor since 2004. Rebekah has specialized training in pre and post natal, youth training and nutrition, senior fitness, core training, golf and tennis training, kickboxing, plyometric training, pre and post rehabilitation and many other specializations.
Having trained clients from classroom settings to one-on-one for over a decade, Rebekah has worked with a multitude of clients ranging in age from 18 months to 97 years young. She has worked closely with doctors and physical therapists to help clients manage or overcome a wide variety of conditions. Her mission is to be conscientious in creating an exercise program that is specific to her clients various needs and fitness levels, while keeping her clients motivated, challenged and having fun.
